All Spares Web Design & Search Engine Optimisation Project
All Spares ATV have been a family run business for over a decade based in Ballygawley, Dungannon, in County Tyrone. They specialise in a multitude of new and used machines that include in All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Quads, Rangers, Side by Sides, Off Road Utility Vehicles, Junior Quads, and Road Legal Quads. They also stock a vast range of water sports equipment such as Jet Skis and Tubes, as well as gardening products such as Ride-On Lawnmowers and Chainsaws.
Not only do they stock these items, but they service and repair Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki machines. Attachments for the ATVs are also available with All Spares ATV, and their parts and accessories are available for delivery throughout the UK and Ireland. With so much knowledge and expertise in this field, they can also offer a bespoke building service for clients who have specialised requirements.
All Spares ATV have an impressively extensive range of stock and services available, so they required a high-performance website that would not only display their products, but allow them to sell items to their clients easily through an e-commerce site.
So Why Did All Spares Choose Artisan Web?
Having conducted an online web search for web design in Northern Ireland, they approached Artisan Web Design Belfast in January of 2016 to design a more functional website for them. We worked very closely with All Spares ATV to discuss in detail what their key requirements and goals were for a new website, and ensure that they had the best service possible. We agreed together that the current site was lacking in functionality and user experience, and that the project required the amalgamation of 4 separate online shops into a single website.
What Was The End Result?
The new website is brilliantly visual with many high-quality photographs of the products, with easy navigation to the stock descriptions. Each brand has their own page and sub-pages for easy browsing, and there is a search bar in the middle of the home page so customers can find specific items more quickly.
The logo and colour scheme are clean and clear, which creates a sleeker and more modern feel. The WordPress site is now easier for the staff and particularly the spares team to update and maintain via the Content Management System, and they have also reported an uptake in visitors from the Republic of Ireland.
We launched All Spares ATV new website in time for the Balmoral Show 2016, and they have since experienced a higher volume of online leads generated from the new site
When checking the website’s analytics, we can see that the bounce rate for the site has reduced significantly from 82% to just under 37% in just 8 months, and it continues to drop. This shows that the site is functioning extremely well, and maintaining a high level of audience engagement.
